Advizex, a leading technology solutions company, has been acquired by Fulcrum IT Partners, a leading global provider of technology sales and services. Fulcrum’s move to acquire Advizex first started in December of 2022 because of their desire to expand their business in North America.

The acquisition of Advizex fits into Fulcrum’s strategy to grow their business in North America, with Advizex being their cornerstone technology company in the United States. The expertise that Advizex has around Consumption IT and Everything-as-a-Service, will allow them to provide customers with more operating model options than anyone in the industry.
Advizex will continue to operate under their current management structure, providing the excellent service that is synonymous with the Advizex brand. The acquisition will enable Advizex to expand capabilities and offerings to customers and continue on their mission of “Customers for Life”.
