North Canton-based AWP Safety, a provider of safety and traffic control solutions, has acquired Seattle-based Washington Traffic Control and Vancouver, Wash.-based Western Traffic Control.
The deals expand AWP Safety's footprint in Washington and Oregon. Terms were not disclosed.
AWP Safety is majority-owned by Kohlberg & Company, a private equity firm based in Mount Kisco, N.Y.
