CRG, the Chicago-based real estate development arm of Clayco Inc., is planning a major spec warehouse project at the former Columbus Castings property, according to published reports.
CRG told The Columbus Dispatch that it plans to build two warehouses on the site.
Formerly known as Buckeye Steel Castings, Columbus Castings was shuttered in 2016. The property was acquired by New York-based Reich Brothers Holdings in a bankruptcy proceeding.
CRG has other projects in Columbus, the report said. They include The Cubes at Etna 70 industrial park and a Kohl’s department store.
