New York-based PE firm Cloud Equity Group has acquired Pittsburgh-based Paper Box SEO, a provider of search engine optimization services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition is part of a broader effort to expand Cloud Equity's portfolio of businesses in the digital marketing and technology sectors
