Cleveland-based PE firm Linsalata Capital Partners has recapitalized Ceramic Technics LLC in combination with its Happy Floors platform investment.
Alpharetta, Ga.-based CTL designs, imports and distributes high-grade porcelain tile and natural stone materials serving commercial flooring markets, working with architectural and design firms and owner-developers.
Miami-based Happy Floors is an importer and distributor of premium ceramic and porcelain tile for use in residential and commercial flooring applications, with a focus on the higher-end tile segment, distributing its products to specialty floor covering dealers and stores across the U.S.
CTL will continue to be led by the existing management team, including Matt Houser and founder Gerry King.
