EN Engineering, a Warrensville-based utility services firm, has acquired QC Data, an intelligent infrastructure services firm headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
EN Engineering provides comprehensive and dependable engineering, consulting, and automation services to utilities, pipeline companies and industrial customers. The company operates in key energy and manufacturing regions across the United States.
"We view the addition of QC Data as an ideal partnership as we continue to seek ways to expand our utility and telecom services,” EN Engineering CEO Steve Knowles said in a statement. “In particular, over the last 20 plus years QC Data has become well known for their data focused expertise related to asset and infrastructure management.”
