Evolution Capital Partners-backed Empire Dental Arts has acquired Papich-Forsyth D.D.S. & Associates. Established in 2017 and headquartered in Mentor, Empire is a dental partnership organization that provides operational support and services to a network of dental practices in Northeast Ohio.
This is the first investment Empire has made since being acquired by ECP in January. The deal increases Empire's affiliated offices to six in Northeast Ohio.
"Empire's partnership will provide our teams the necessary support to bolster the amount of quality clinical time we have with our patients," said Dr. Maria Papich-Forsyth, chief executive and chief clinical officer of her namesake practice, in a statement. "We are also excited about the additional Empire resources and training that will enable us to continue to deliver the latest technology and practices to our dedicated patients."
Papich-Forsyth D.D.S & Associates has two locations in Stow and Cuyahoga Falls. Dr. Papich-Forsyth attended Northwestern University Dental School and LVI Global in Las Vegas where she focused on advanced comprehensive care, aesthetics and reconstruction. She has also trained and taught at The Center for Exceptional Practices in Richfield.
Empire Founder and CEO Dr. D. Todd Russell added: "We are excited to grow our affiliated practices with the addition of Papich-Forsyth D.D.S & Associates. Our ability to secure a relationship with a practice like Papich-Forsyth D.D.S is testament to our dentist-centric, patient-focused approach. The Empire team looks forward to expanding our commitment to quality care into other Northeast Ohio communities."
