The Tomko family has sold Ed Tomko Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to Catskill Automotive Partners, a business newly formed by Elliot Schor and Scott Zuckerman for their first dealership acquisition.
The dealership, which will be renamed Avon Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, was founded in 1977 by the late Ed Tomko. It was owned by his four children, Greg, principal, Renee, controller, Paul, used car manager, and David, service and parts manager.
Steve Corle, managing director of Tim Lamb Group Sales & Acquisitions, assisted the Tomko family with their sale.
