Taxas-based FirstCall Mechanical Group, a commercial services company, has acquired Columbus-based Capital City Mechanical, a commercial HVAC and plumbing services company.
Capital City was founded in 2001 and provides HVAC and plumbing services to education, government and commercial customers across Central Ohio. Andy Morbitzer, founder of Capital City, will continue to lead its operations.
“We are excited to partner with Andy and the Capital City team to expand our operations in the Columbus market," FirstCall CEO Evan Eachus said in a statement. "Andy has built a terrific team and we are thrilled to support him to continue to grow in this fast-growing region."
