Pittsburgh-based Ideal Integrations, a managed services provider of IT and cybersecurity services, has been acquired by Chicago-based private equity firm Frontenac.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but founder Michael Stratos retains part of the business.
Ideal Integrations provides customized end-to-end IT and cybersecurity services under the Blue Bastion brand to clients in the professional services, healthcare and SLED verticals.
