Boston-based HouseWorks Holdings, a personal care services platform serving the Northeast, has acquired Pittsburgh-based Bridge City Home Care, a provider of personal care services.
The acquisition extends HouseWorks’ footprint across Pennsylvania, delivering services through its care hubs in Philadelphia, Allentown, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Erie.
Founded in early 2022, Bridge City provides in-home care services across the Pittsburgh market and neighboring communities.
The acquisition marks the HouseWorks’ third acquisition in Pennsylvania and the sixth completed transaction since it was acquired by InTandem Capital in December 2022.
