Continental Batteries, a battery distributor and a portfolio company of Pittsburgh private equity firm Incline Equity Partners, is acquiring Battery Sales & Service. In its sixth acquisition in just over seven months, Continental will add eight branch locations, expanding its market presence to 42 branches across 15 states.
Battery Sales & Service is a full-service aftermarket battery distributor to the automotive, commercial, solar, golf and marine markets headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, and serving the Mid-South and Gulf Coast markets.
No financial terms were disclosed.
