Bristol, Pa.-based Lenox Corp., a leading supplier of tabletop, giftware and home entertaining products, has acquired Columbus-based Oneida Consumer. The deal includes all existing Oneida Consumer-branded tabletop products including flatware, dinnerware and cutlery.
With its recent acquisition of Hampton Forge and now the Oneida tabletop brand, Lenox has a market leading portfolio of brands and innovative products with unparalleled consumer recognition across the spectrum of retail channels.
