NewRez LLC, a national mortgage lender based in Plymouth Meeting, and Shelter Mortgage Co. LLC, the NewRez business division focused on JV lending, have formed a joint venture mortgage company with Russell Real Estate Services, a Strongsville-based business serving the Greater Cleveland area.
The name of the new joint venture is Your Home Financial. It will be led by Paul McKelvey, currently an area sales manager with NewRez.
Russell Real Estate Services has over 650 agents on its team.
