Polley Associates School of Real Estate in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, has acquired the Schlicher-Kratz Institute from Columbus, Ohio-based Hondros Education Group. The Montgomeryville acquisition is expected to bring new opportunities to real estate professionals throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
The purchase became effective July 1.
Polley Associates and HEG, and their ownership families, have collaborated as educational allies for decades. In their latest venture, Polley will operate Schlicher-Kratz with an enlarged faculty of talented instructors who continue to create in-classroom, online, and blended-learning courses that appeal to real estate entrepreneurs.
HEG will support Polley Associates content and curriculum with online education for real estate and appraisal licensees in both states. Additionally, HEG will operate the Schlicher-Kratz mortgage education division, with its Learn Mortgage and CompuCram brands.
