Diversified Global Graphics Group, a provider of global print, technology, and visual communication services and portfolio company of Resilience Capital Partners, has acquired Ryan Edwards Communications Inc.
Founded in 2013, REC is a global supplier of outsourced graphic communications and print solutions to the cruise industry. Cruise lines partner with REC to deliver managed onshore and onboard printed communications.

"Ken and his team have built an entrepreneurially minded growth company and strong brand over the last eight years. The Ryan Edwards solutions to the cruise industry will be a great addition to the DG3's portfolio of Managed Services offerings."
REC founder Ken Wahler will lead cruise line managed services for DG3.

Bassem Mansour, Co-CEO of Resilience Capital Partners, complimented Babat and his team at DG3 for growing the business and achieving very strong results.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
