Madison Heights-based Trevco Inc., which produces licensed apparel, has acquired Nothing Specific LLC, a California-based print-on-demand accessories company that does business as Graphics and More.
Trevco works with licensors such as Warner Bros., Hasbro and Paramount Pictures to manufacture consumer products and create digital e-commerce campaigns. Founded nearly 30 years ago, Trevco has a portfolio of more than 800 licensed brands.
Nothing Specific’s wide selection of more than 150 print-on-demand novelties and accessories presents Trevco and its portfolio of licensed brands with a significant opportunity.
“We feel Trevco is the perfect company and team to take it to the next level,” Graphics and More Co-Founder Heather Dykes said in a statement. “The combination of licenses, Amazon experience, production expertise, technology and now dual geographic locations make the combined entity ready for lift-off in one of the most important retail channels today: e-retail.”
