WR Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of valuation and advisory firm WR Valuation, has acquired Graves Piano. The reputed piano distributor and service provider based in Columbus is the first acquisition for the newly founded WR Capital group.
For more than 60 years, Graves Piano has been an essential part of the Central Ohio music community and used grand, vertical, acoustic and digital pianos and piano accessories.
WR Valuation established WR Capital to facilitate acquisitions such as Graves Piano. This initiative has been built to support WR Valuation's capabilities and to build a portfolio based on strategic financial strategies and increasingly dynamic operational objectives.
