Michael King

Michael serves as a charitable gift and estate-planning attorney with the National Christian Foundation (NCF).He works closely with generous families sharing concepts and strategies that allow them to leverage the impact of their giving by minimizing their income and estate tax liabilities.

In his role with NCF, Michael’s primary focus and expertise is facilitating charitable gifts of complex assets including closely held businesses, real estate, intellectual property, oil and gas interests, collectibles, precious metals, etc. He also helps families to plan their estates in a manner that dramatically increases their charitable giving, and in most cases avoids estate tax completely—regardless of the size of their estates. 

Prior to joining NCF in 2006, Michael spent over ten years with an international tax and accounting firm, and a wealth management firm/multi-family office.  In these roles, he counseled affluent families on a broad range of wealth management issues including both financial and non-financial aspects of wealth.

Michael received his undergraduate degree in finance from Penn State University, and his law degree from the U.C.L.A. School of Law. Michael and his wife, Tammy, were high school sweethearts and have been abundantly blessed with five children.

John Marsh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Marsh Creek Advisors, a national sell-side M&A Advisory and Business Brokerage Firm with offices in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX.

John’s a “recovering accountant” who started his career with EY in their Atlanta office. Before establishing Marsh Creek, he served as CFO and General Manager at Amendia, where he played a pivotal role in orchestrating multiple acquisitions and successfully navigating the company through a strategic sale to private equity.

John is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where he cultivated his passion for business and finance. Currently residing in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and two daughters.

Bruce Neurohr
President & CEO
Property Ventures Associates, Inc.

Bruce Neurohr started TEA Group Incorporated, a land acquisition and right of way service company, in 1982 and sold it in 1997. Twice named to Inc. magazine's "500 Fastest Growing Private Companies" (1988 and 1989), Neurohr gifted 25% of the company to National Christian Foundation prior to the IPO. Subsequently, Neurohr served as President of both Atlanta Christian Foundation and NCF of Georgia, and as a National Relationship Manager from 2006 - 2014.
