Jay Warner

Jay joined PDI in 2021, bringing over 10 years of experience spanning B2B technology commercialization, strategy, and M&A. At PDI, Jay is responsible for acquisitions and corporate strategy. Prior to PDI, Jay led Honeywell’s fire alarm transmission business. He also spent several years on the Corporate Development team of NCR Corporation as well as in the Oil & Gas investment banking group of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist). He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an BS from Wake Forest University.
