Donna Ennis

Donna M. Ennis provides leadership across EI2 units, fostering collaborative funding opportunities and integrating communities into programs. She oversees CEDR, PIN, and co-directs Georgia AIM, leveraging a statewide network for AI innovation in manufacturing. Ennis leads EI2’s Workforce Center of Excellence and directs the Georgia MBDA Business Center, generating over $6.4 billion in contracts and creating or retaining 7,000+ jobs. Georgia AIM has served nearly 1,000 manufacturers, connected 7,000+ K-12 students to STEM, and sparked AI innovations in 100+ communities. Donna also serves as the operator representative for the Georgia Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to this 20-year-old program.
