Neil Metzheiser

Neil is the CEO of Lockton’s Southeast Series and a member of its Executive Committee. With over two decades at Lockton, he has been instrumental in driving client production and retention, leading teams to deliver optimal cost of risk, comprehensive program coverage, and exceptional service. As a Producer, he continues to serve clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, real estate, food services, media, technology, and private equity, working with organizations from the middle market to Fortune 100 companies.

In addition to his leadership in the Southeast Series, Neil is a Partner at Lockton Partners, LLC, and serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Professional and Executive Risk National Practice, focusing on D&O, Cyber, Tech E&O, and Specialty Professional Lines, including M&A and Transactional Liability. Prior to Lockton, Neil was a Managing Director at Hobbs Group, and prior to that, was an underwriter at AIG.
