Paul Palmieri

Paul Palmieri is a serial entrepreneur and early-stage investor in the technology and media space. He is the Managing Partner of Grit Capital Partners, a seed-stage micro VC based in Baltimore and NY. He is also co-founder and Executive Chairman at Incremental, a leading measurement and ML prediction platform for retail media and e-commerce.

Prior to Grit Capital Partners, Paul was the co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Millennial Media, taking the company from inception to IPO and beyond. He has been a longtime supporter and trustee of Mount St. Mary's University, home of the Palmieri Center for Entrepreneurship. His personal mission is to help those that are betting on themselves, to make themselves a better bet. Paul lives in Lutherville, Maryland with his wife Diane.
