Preparing Today for Tomorrow’s Sale
Presented By: Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. / First Republic Bank
If there’s one thing that’s come out of the frenzied M&A markets over the past few years, it’s that if you’re not running your company like it’s for sale then you could be missing out on potential opportunities. A group of M&A veterans shares their perspective on how today’s environment has become a seller’s market for price and a buyer’s market for terms, why it’s so important to take preparation steps now, and what you need to know about the personal and corporate side of readying your company for whatever tomorrow brings.
Following a 40-minute panel discussion you will have the opportunity to meet the speakers and ask questions during a 20-minute video Q&A session.
