Joe is the CEO of Amplix, leading our business through rapid organic and M&A driven growth while building the premiere Trusted Advisor platform. Joe founded ROI Communications and has a proven track record of building and operating highly successful technology sales and consulting organizations. He leads his team to work with thousands of enterprise organizations to identify problems and solutions to reach business outcomes. Joe’s teams have saved tens of millions of dollars for their customers while enhancing value from IT investments.

Joe is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors at the Joe Andruzzi Foundation and supports additional charities with his wife Erin like Big Brothers Big Sisters and local Food Banks. He also volunteers as a coach for local lacrosse and wrestling teams, supporting his son Jackson. Joe is an Alumni of Springfield College where he received a BS in Sports Management with a Business Minor while wrestling varsity.
