Leading the team for Twelve Points Business Advisors is Laura Moruzzi. Laura comes to Twelve Points with extensive corporate finance experience in executing Merger & Acquisition transactions and other financial strategic initiatives. She has executed numerous end-to-end Merger & Acquisition transactions involving deal sourcing, preparing confidential memoranda, identifying and contacting potential acquirers, negotiating deal terms, and collaborating with legal, accounting and other advisors to successfully execute transactions.

In addition, she has conducted over 100 business valuations, securities valuations, and intangible asset valuations for companies across various industry sectors, including business services, consumer products and services, food manufacturing and distribution, industrial products, medical devices, and technology and telecom. She has also advised Boards of Directors and special committees on corporate finance decisions and has served as a non-voting board participant for both public and privately-held companies.
