Anthony Basile

Catania Oils' history goes back more than 100 years, when the Basile family's forebears peddled oil door-to-door. Anthony Basile is the CEO and third-generation owner of Catania Oils, the Northeast's leading processor and packagers of plant-based oils. The companies roots date back to 1900 when his grandfather, Guiseppe Basile emigrated to the U.S. and began selling olive oil house to house in Boston's North End. Now in its fourth generation, the company has grown in revenue to $500 million with 270 employees.
Nick Grewal

Nick Grewal is the Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board at ePropelled Inc. A seasoned entrepreneur and investor, he has founded and led multiple high-tech startups, including Nashoba Networks, LifeCare Technologies, and several others.
Nick has extensive experience in venture capital, serving as a Venture Partner & Advisor at Data Point Capital and previously working with Assent Venture Partners, ViMAC, and Yankee Group. As the Founder and Chair of Onlake Investments, he oversaw investments in over forty high-tech companies from 1998 to 2018.
Earlier in his career, Nick held leadership roles in engineering, business development, and operations at CrossCom, Proteon, Fibronics, and Compugraphics. As Founder and CEO of Nashoba Networks, he led the company to a successful acquisition by Cisco Systems for $100 million, later serving as Vice President at Cisco Systems.
Nick has also actively run his Family foundation and other charities he’s has established in the past 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science from London South Bank University.
Tara Heath

From temp to top of the org chart – Tara started her career as a temp in 1996, and since then has worked her way up to her current position as Chief Legal Officer at Boston Beer. Holding a BS and MBA from Boston University, plus a JD from Suffolk University, she's been a major part of milestone BBC achievements such as the merger with Dogfish Head, the acquisition of Ohio and Pennsylvania breweries, and the design of the Sam Adams Taprooms in Boston and Cincinnati.
Barznab Khan

Rawshon Group of Companies
Barznab is the owner of the Rawshon Group of Companies, located in Braintree, Massachusetts. From its inception in 2004, during Barznab's sophomore year of college, Rawshon has undergone remarkable growth under his leadership. The company's diverse portfolio now encompasses various sectors, including Retail Chain, Real Estate Holdings, Pharmaceuticals, and Cannabis as follows: Richdale, established in 1962, is a prominent regional retail chain in Massachusetts doing business under the trade name of Richdale Food Shops. This brand boasts an impressive network of 85+ locations within the region, of which approximately half are owned by Rawshon and half operate under a licensee arrangement.
Barznab is an entrepreneur with a degree (BSc) from UMass in Finance & International Business with a Minor in Economics. He further pursued his education at Northeastern University, Boston, MA, for his MBA. Active within the business community, Barznab is affiliated with several esteemed organizations, including the Vistage CEO Group, the Young Entrepreneur Council, and the Harvard Club in Boston, Massachusetts.
David MacKeen

Eliassen Group
As the CEO of Eliassen Group, Dave MacKeen leads the company’s overall growth strategy. He has held leadership positions within the technology consulting industry for over two decades, including the roles of CFO and president, prior to becoming CEO of Eliassen Group in 2010. Under Dave’s leadership, Eliassen Group has completed its third private equity partnership, with the most recent being Stone Point Capital, thereby positioning Eliassen Group for further transformational growth. Since 2019, Eliassen has closed 12 M&A deals and is working on more as we sit here today.
Dave’s leadership accolades include appearing on the Staffing Industry Analysts' annual Staffing 100 North America list for seven consecutive years and nine times overall. In 2022, SIA welcomed Dave into the Staffing 100 Hall of Fame. He was also recognized by the Boston Business Journal as the Citizens Middle Market Executive of the Year. In addition, Dave serves on several boards, including the Bentley Executive Club, Endicott College Board of Advisors, Trustee Associate of St. John’s Prep, and the Van Noy Valor Foundation. Dave enjoys coaching and playing hockey, playing golf, and family travel.
