He has held senior roles in legal, finance, and operations and co-founded Legacy Headwear (now L2 Brands).

She has been at the forefront of new technologies in cloud computing, data warehousing, analytics, and AI.

Ellen is also an independent board member at Allegion (NYSE: ALLE), the global leader in seamless access, securing people and assets with a range of solutions for homes, businesses, schools, and institutions. She was previously an independent board member of Chase Corporation (NYSE American: CCF), a specialty chemicals manufacturer that was acquired by KKR, and Corvus Insurance, a venture-backed insurtech that was acquired by Travelers Insurance.
