Matt leads the firm’s financial, operational, and administrative activities including accounting, reporting, tax, legal, fund formation, compliance, regulatory, and information systems. Prior to joining Flybridge, Matt was at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he specialized in venture capital and private equity auditing.
