Todd Taylor

Todd Taylor serves as co-head of the Commercial & Technology Transactions and the Data Security & Privacy groups at Moore & Van Allen PLLC. He focuses his practice on data privacy and security, licensing, technology, supply chain and commercial transactional matters. Before joining the firm, Todd served as an in-house attorney at Bank of America, where he worked extensively on various data security, technology licensing, supply chain, cross-border and third party servicing matters.
