Michael is a Director in Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions practice. His role is to provide due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients as part of their acquisition activities. Michael’s focus is assessing risk insurance programs to determine the impact to the client’s valuation of the business and developing optimal risk transfer solutions.
