Chris Dyer is the co-founder of Undergrads. Founded in 2018, Undergrads is a digital career platform that connects employers and college students. Undergrads currently has over 2,000 students on the platform across 14 markets, spanning from Florida to Texas. Previously, he spent two years working directly under the co-founder and COO of a high-growth startup, Corkcicle. Leveraging his experience of scaling operations at Corkcicle, he oversees Undergrads' expansion strategy and operations.

Tom Mumford is co-founder of Undergrads, founded in 2018. Undergrads is a digital career platform that directly connects employers with college students. Undergrads currently has over 2,000 students on the platform across 14 markets, spanning from NC, SC, FL and TX. Prior to Undergrads, Tom worked within Ernst & Young's corporate venturing group and was part of the initial co-founding team of EY’s first completely SaaS-based tax product, EY CAAT.

Andrew Gibson is the Director of M&A at Flagship Specialty Partners. He works closely with Flagship's Business Development team to develop relationships with potential practice acquisition partners, and is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of Flagship's M&A efforts. Prior to Flagship, Andrew was an investment banker in Piper Sandler's Healthcare group.

With a background in marketing, financial services and international development, Susan Langer founded Live.Give.Save., Inc. (LGS), a financial technology company with a unique focus on giving and inspiring social good in February 2016. In June 2021, 80% of LGS’s assets were acquired by Reseda Group, a wholly-owned CUSO of Michigan State University Federal Credit Union. Together, they formed Spave, LLC.

Dr. Shante' Williams is a distinguished venture capitalist, business owner, inventor, intellectual property strategist and private investor. Currently, she serves as CEO of Black Pearl Global Investments, a Black-owned asset management firm focused on reducing health disparities across the globe.
Her proven track record of excellence and leadership has been integral to the growth for many individuals and businesses. Before life as a full-time entrepreneur, Dr. Shante worked in the medical field and is widely recognized for her discovery of innovative chemotherapy treatments for high-grade invasive brain tumors. As soon as she discovered how to apply her innovative prowess to other facets of her industry, she earned numerous leadership positions. In the health care field, Dr. Shante has served in leadership roles such as vice president of technology acquisition and director of mergers and acquisitions. She enjoyed a stint in the auto industry as director of intellectual property for electric drive vehicles.
Having enjoyed years of accomplishment in corporate America, Dr. Shante founded her first company, RW Capital Partners, which became an industry-leading firm specializing in real estate, technology development, startup/standup and business disputes resolution. Her knowledge remains pivotal to helping entrepreneurs evolve and become more informed.

Spiffy’s CEO, Scot Wingo, is a 4-time serial entrepreneur from the Research Triangle Park, NC region. Scot is an industry thought leader in E-commerce, E-service, and the future of mobility. Scot has appeared on CNBC and The Today Show, and has contributed thought leadership to the WSJ, New York Times, Forbes, and many other publications. Scot is co-host of The Jason & Scot Show podcast, and regularly speaks about E-commerce and mobility across the country.
