Emily helps optimize Insperity processes and service offerings and leads marketing strategy and business development specific to venture capital, private equity and family office relationships. Emily joined Insperity in 2014 as a business performance advisor and later served on the sales leadership team as district manager in the Carolinas. Prior to Insperity, Emily held production management and creative services positions at Lions Gate Films, Blink Digital and Sony Pictures. Emily also serves on the board for BraveWorks https://www.braveworks.org/, a nonprofit organization that supports women overcoming trauma & injustice in Charlotte NC, Africa and South/Central America.

 

Michael Nolan

Michael Nolan is the Development Director – Private Equity and Quality of Sales at Sales Xceleration. He is responsible for building relationships with private equity sponsors and helping their portfolio companies grow their topline performance to build value creation and accelerate performance. Michael and his team leverage a collective of 110 sales leaders with portfolio company experience to help their companies grow 32% in year 1, resulting in $1.7B in revenue growth. Their focus is to drive significant growth through strategy formulation, process development, and effective execution in pre-acquisition due diligence, value acceleration during the hold period, and value maximization to support successful exits.

Jon Perry is the current Executive Chairman of Specialty Products & Insulation. He joined SPI as their CEO in 2019 and moved into his current role in 2023. SPI is a distributor/fabricator of insulation and related products that supports the commercial, industrial, and residential markets with over 100 locations in North AMerica. Previously he was the CEO of both Global Medical Imaging and CC Dickson Co.
