James S. Metcalf

James is chairman of the board and CEO of Cornerstone Building Brands, the newly merged NCI Building Systems and Ply Gem Building Products Co. Previously, he joined the NCI Building Systems Board of Directors, serving on the Nominating and Corporate Governance, and Compensation committees. Prior to joining the NCI board, he served as chairman, president and CEO of USG Corp.
