Should you partner with a family office or Private Equity firm in a minority stake or majority stake deal? What about an outright sale? Should you consider an ESOP and preserve the family’s legacy with your employees? Or, is bringing outside executives to help lead the company while you and your family take a back seat an option? Join leaders from a multi-generational family business, an investor, and two M&A advisors as they share how to have the tough conversations, evaluate your options, and lessons learned from experience.
