Peter Leemputte

Peter Leemputte is a Principal at Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity investment firm with approximately $6 billion in assets under management. His active portfolio companies include Ox Engineered Products, Handgards, Ascensus Specialties, and Hasa. His involvement with prior portfolio companies includes Dicom Transportation Group, Petmate, and Aurora Plastics.

Prior to Wind Point, Peter was with J.P. Morgan in the firm’s investment banking division where he worked on M&A transactions, debt financings, and restructuring transactions across various sectors.

Peter holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.
