Through organic growth and acquisitions, Joe has grown revenue by 2.5 times and EBITDA by 5 times which has positioned UPR a leader in the Polymer industry.

Steve Hendricks is executive vice president, market president, for the Northeast Ohio region of S&T Bank. With over 30 years of experience in banking and finance, he played an integral role in the opening of the S&T loan production office (LPO) in Fairlawn in 2012 and the Independence LPO in 2018. He will continue to support the momentous growth into Northeast Ohio through the opening of the Cuyahoga Falls branch this year.

Brett is president and CEO of Everstream Solutions LLC, a super-regional network service provider. He has extensive experience in telecom, operations management and business development. In 2018, he facilitated the sale of Everstream to AMP Capital, a global investment manager. Previously, he tripled the company’s size through two acquisitions and oversaw a $100 million expansion of its legacy network.

She has successfully closed more than 35 transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (sell-side and buy-side), capital raising, bankruptcies and fairness opinions.
