Craig Cook

Craig is CEO of Precision Production, a supplier of machined components and assemblies used in a variety of markets. Precision Production serves a global customer base, providing economical manufacturing solutions to large, multinational OEMs. Previously he practiced law with Reminger, LPA in Cleveland. Recently Craig and a partner recapitalized Precision Production. He is currently involved in structuring it as a platform for future acquisitions. His background in law, business, intellectual property, and manufacturing gives him a unique perspective on the challenges facing small to medium sized business owners that are looking to make a strategic investment in growth or ready their business for a sale.
