Presented By: Truist Bank / RSM US LLP
When you’re buying companies, the deal doesn’t end the day it closes. Rather, that’s when the hard work of achieving an ROI begins. Join a panel of experts and executives as they explore one of the most important—yet least understood—elements of any buy-side transaction: post-acquisition integration and how owners, presidents, and CEOs should approach the CFO role in making sure the deal pays off.
