David brings 25+ years of broad finance experience to OMNI Systems, including a strong background in FP&A, business integration and systems migrations. He previously worked for Ernst & Young and General Electric each of which have led him to expatriate assignments in Germany.

David co-founded Western Reserve Partners in 2004, which was acquired by Citizens in 2017, and has more than 25 years of experience advising middle market companies in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising across a wide range of industries. Prior to co-founding Western Reserve Partners, he was a Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets and Manager of Consumer Investment Banking at McDonald Investments. David started his career at Ernst & Young, where he provided financial consulting and audit services to middle market companies.

General Die Casters & Dart Casting
Brian Lennon has spent nearly 30 years in the high pressure aluminum die casting field. He started at General Die Casters while earning his bachelor's degree from Kent State University in Operations Management. He started as a process engineer and has moved through the ranks of General Die Casters, achieving the CEO role in 2016. In 2023 General Die Casters merged with Dart Casting in Alsip, Il. Brian is currently CEO of both companies. This move nearly doubled the organization's size. He is using his years of experience to integrate both casting companies to exploit their synergies and grow the business as one of the largest high pressure die casting companies in the US.
