Dennis Gach has over 30 years of finance professional experience serving in public accounting and private industry for both founder-owned, and private equity owned businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, and sports entertainment industries in Colorado and Ohio. He is currently the CFO of Torsion Group Corp, a manufacturer and distributor of garage door parts based in Strongsville OH. He has been the CFO in numerous buy and sell side M&A transactions.

MCM Capital Partners
Robert Kingsbury is a Managing Partner at MCM Capital, a lower middle market private equity fund based in Cleveland, OH focused on acquiring niche manufacturing and value-added distribution companies. His responsibilities include deal evaluation and execution, management of portfolio companies and managing Limited Partner relationships.
Prior to joining MCM, Mr. Kingsbury was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 8th round of the 2002 Major League Baseball Draft. He spent six years playing professional baseball as an outfielder in the Pirates organization, participated in the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens, Greece, and was a 2008 inductee into the Fordham University Athletic Hall of Fame.

Brooke Sirak joined Kaulig Capital in 2020 as Vice President and is responsible for the firm’s existing portfolio of real estate and private equity investments. Additionally, Brooke works to source and evaluate of new investment opportunities.
Previously, Brooke served as Vice President at Carleton McKenna & Company, a boutique investment banking firm. Brooke worked closely with firm clients throughout the transaction process and deal execution.
Brooke graduated from Baldwin Wallace University where she now serves on the Board of Trustees.
In addition, Brooke serves on the Greater Cleveland Sports Association’s Associate Board.
