Cindy is a Senior Managing Director with Clearstead Advisors and works with high-net-worth clients, family trust companies and private companies bringing creative solutions to complicated estate planning matters. Cindy has experience working in four different single-family offices and has also formed trust companies in Ohio, Wyoming, and South Dakota plus she has managed trust companies in Ohio, Wyoming, and Delaware.

Elias brings years of experience in banking, private equity, lending, and wealth management to the role of relationship manager for the National Christian Foundation, in Northeastern Ohio.  He most recently served as the senior vice president and relationship manager overseeing wealth, trust, mergers and acquisitions, investments, banking, lending, insurance, and mortgage activities for a large legacy book of family office, institutional, and high net worth individual clients. He has also served high net worth clients with Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, US Bank, and Commercial Lending Group.

Elias holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Cleveland State University. 

Upon graduating from Mercyhurst University in 1995, I joined H. Jack Langer Inc., a family-owned and operated plumbing and HVAC company located in Erie, Pennsylvania. From 1997 to present, I along with a very capable management team, have spearheaded company expansion efforts further into Ohio, along with Pennsylvania and New York. Through these expansion efforts we have attained both regional and national recognition within the plumbing and HVAC industries.

My current professional role includes owning and operating plumbing and heating companies, along with commercial real estate holdings, which service a wide-array of clients throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York.
