Rob Ouellette

Rob is a partner in the Business Group at Ice Miller. He focuses his practice on complex corporate transactions and on mergers and acquisitions, particularly private equity investments and transactions, and a range of financing transactions. He assists clients from a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, financial services, high technology and professional services, at all levels of the capital structure.
