Kristie is the President & CEO of The Kingswood Company. As CEO, Nicolosi has focused the company on sustained, and profitable growth. She reenergized the company’s offerings and expanded design capabilities, offering a line of products that can be tailored to customers’ brands, improving both sell-through and brand recognition. Nicolosi has also expanded the company’s distribution channels from almost exclusively US domestic retail jewelers, to now include manufacturers and brands, e-commerce channels, direct sales companies, pawn stores, big-box retailers, and international retailers and distributors. Kingswood products are now distributed on six continents and to over 12,000 doors worldwide. The company has grown almost tenfold in size under her leadership, earning recognition in Fortune magazine’s Inner City 100 list, which recognizes the fastest growing urban businesses in the US.

Nick is a Managing Director at Tri-W Group, a private family investment group focused on investments in operating businesses and real estate. The firm has an indefinite investment time horizon and considerable flexibility in the situations and investment structures it pursues. Previously, he was with Stonehenge Partners, a private equity fund. He started his career in investment banking at Stout Risius Ross. He received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting, summa cum laude, from Miami University.
