He has extensive experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions and tax law and has served as lead counsel in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, private offerings, venture capital financings, mezzanine debt offerings, divestitures and other related financial transactions, in a number of industry sectors, including the cannabis industry.

Ken Cooper, originally from Columbiana, Ohio and currently residing in Canfield, Ohio, attended Youngstown State University where he studied Finance & Marketing. Ken acquired his Series 7, 63, & 65 Licensure and began working as a Stockbroker and Investment Advisor with Wheat First Securities. From 1995-2005 Ken acted as the CEO in several joint venture deals with Atlantic Records/WEA distribution, Universal Records/Fontana distribution, and Sony Records/Red distribution. In 2008 he founded Dental Express and again in 2010 he co-founded Refresh Dental. Ken also serves on the Mahoning Valley Drug and Alcohol Board.

Bassem is a Founder and CEO of Resilience Capital Partners. Bassem is involved in all aspects of the firm's operations, including investment decisions, portfolio company oversight and investor relations. The firm was founded in 2001.
Since 1994, he has been involved in principal investing, leveraged buyouts, restructurings and other mergers and acquisitions. Prior to founding Resilience, Bassem Mansour was an investment banker with McDonald Investments.
Bassem is a member of the Cleveland Chapter of Young Presidents Organization as well as several professional organizations, and is a frequent speaker on private equity and distressed investing.
Bassem Mansour holds a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton.

Andy is Managing Director and Co-CEO of Bellmark Partners, LLC, and head of the firm’s Cleveland office. Andy has 30 years of investment banking experience, having personally completed well over 100 M&A, special committee, and board advisory assignments. Previously, he was with KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he was head of the sponsor coverage, consumer & retail, and M&A investment banking groups.
