Paul Janson

Mr. Janson is the COO at Capstone Partners. He handles all administrative, legal and compliance matters and serves on the Company’s Investment Banking Committee, approving all transactions firm-wide. On the banking side, he is active in telecommunications services, manufacturing and infrastructure. Paul brings twenty-five years of executive experience to the Capstone Headwaters management team.

Previously, he served as the President and CEO of Camiant, a leading player in the Packet Cable Multimedia broadband space. Paul was a CEO of Worldbridge Broadband Services Inc. Worldbridge was the largest technical services company in the Broadband and telecommunications space before its sale to C-Cor. Paul then became President of C-Cor’s Global Services Division. He earned his BA from Saint Anselm College.
