Leslie Johnson is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group. She advises clients on a wide range of corporate and real estate matters. Specifically, her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, private equity transactions, corporate governance, commercial contract negotiation, complex real estate acquisitions and divestitures and commercial leasing. Her corporate practice focuses on helping clients with deal structure and negotiation of deal documents, advising on CTA compliance, recapitalizations, acquisitions, succession planning and equity and debt financing transactions as well as serving as general outside counsel advising on day-to-day legal issues that clients face.

Aaron Weir joined CollisionRight in April of 2022 as General Counsel and Secretary, as well as a member of the company's Executive Leadership Team. In his role, he oversees all legal activity, as well as leading CollisionRight's corporate development, investment and acquisition processes. Prior to joining CollisionRight, Aaron was in private practice in Columbus, focusing on M&A, corporate finance and general business matters.

Kim is the Columbus office managing partner, leading partners and professionals in serving KPMG’s clients across a broad array of business complexities and industry issues. She focuses on helping companies solve complex and global business challenges leveraging the depth of our resources in risk advisory, consulting, deal advisory, methodology, tax and audit. Kim also serves as the audit business unit talent and culture leader for the Great Lakes Business Unit where she holds operational and personal responsibility as it relates to tone and culture, resource management, talent acquisition, people relations and culture initiatives, performance management and talent review and compensation.
Functionally, She’s the lead partner for the State of Ohio and also an audit partner for KPMG with extensive experience in providing financial reporting guidance and audit services to a wide spectrum of financial services clients, including investment advisors, broker dealers, exchange traded funds, mutual funds, separate accounts and alternative investment funds. She also serves as a firm-designated SEC reviewing partner (second review partner for audits of SEC registrants) for the public sector of the KPMG Financial Services practice. Kim currently serves on KPMG’s nominating committee for the board of directors.
Kim makes it a personal priority to create a compelling work environment and to inspire young professionals to develop confidence and realize their full potential, and to that end she has been instrumental in the mentoring of several young professionals in both her office and nationally. She has shown a special ability to connect with young professionals and due to this has been requested to mentor and counsel high performing professionals across the country to assist in their career progression at KPMG.
She is also actively involved in the Columbus community at-large, serving as a Board Member and Governance Committee Chair for Rev1 Ventures, Co-Chair for the Ohio Chapter of Women Corporate Directors, Board Member and Development Committee Chair for Junior Achievement of Central and Board Member for National Church Residences. Kim also serves on the Accounting & MIS Advisory Board for The Ohio State University. Kim is a member of The Columbus Partnership and Ohio Business Roundtable.
