Frank advises privately owned companies in merger & acquisition and joint venture transactions.  Frank represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies, family offices, startup companies and other growth-oriented companies and entrepreneurs in numerous industries including manufacturing, technology and fintech, retail and consumer brands, consumer services, industrial services, esports and gaming and others.  Frank guides clients through strategic and financial merger & acquisition transactions on both the buy- and sell-side, joint ventures and other business combinations, capital raises and other transactional matters.  Frank is a leader in the Vorys private equity practice, which represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a broad range of matters across the United States.

Brian Fyda

Brian currently serves as Vice President of Development for Fyda, Inc., a group of commercial truck dealerships and an equipment finance company headquartered in Columbus.  In this role he manages acquisitions, new store developments, and banking relationships, amongst other responsibilities.  Prior to joining Fyda, Inc., Brian had stints as an analyst with JP Morgan and a portfolio manager in Huntington’s private equity group.

After a 20-year career in various commercial banking segments, Ron Wuerth joined Crane Group in 2022 as their VP of Business Development. He is responsible for driving strategic growth in the form of new portfolio company partnerships for the family office. He plays an integral role in broadening the reach and reputation of the Crane name, targeting companies that fit a specific criteria and share the company’s values.
