Jordan Bethea represents clients in their significant and complex corporate transactional needs, with a concentration on mergers and acquisitions. Each transaction is different, and Jordan focuses on each client’s specific business goals for a particular deal and advises on key risks related to the client’s business and specific deal rationale. Jordan represents private equity sponsors, family offices, search funds, public and private companies, entrepreneurs and founders and management teams in both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and similar transactions. Jordan has significant experience in a number of industries, including manufacturing, TMT, infrastructure and construction, business services, food and beverage, energy, aerospace and healthcare.
Jordan also has significant experience advising on new ventures, entity formation, capital raising and investments, governance, partnerships, joint venture arrangements and general corporate and commercial counseling. His team works quickly to craft solutions to close transactions in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
In addition to serving as a Pro Bono Legal Services Coordinator, Jordan also oversees law school hiring and the summer associate program for the Dallas office.

John’s a “recovering accountant” who started his career with EY in their Atlanta office. Before establishing Marsh Creek, he served as CFO and General Manager at Amendia, where he played a pivotal role in orchestrating multiple acquisitions and successfully navigating the company through a strategic sale to private equity.
John is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, where he cultivated his passion for business and finance. Currently residing in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and two daughters.
