Andrew Whitcomb

Andrew Whitcomb has led Builders FirstSource’s acquisition and divestiture efforts since 2021. Andrew came to Builders FirstSource in January, 2021 through the merger of BFS with BMC Stock Holdings, where Andrew also led M&A after joining BMC in January, 2018. Previously Andrew served in acquisition and finance roles with Mohawk Industries, a global manufacturer and distributor of flooring products, and in various positions in oil & gas, private equity, and investment banking. Andrew was born and raised in Dallas and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University.
